The family of a slain Tulsa man is outraged after his killer is released from prison.
A woman who shot and killed her lover in 2007 is now free after a judge reduced her sentence.
In an exclusive interview, the family said it is shocked by the decision.
Timothy Lannom's family said he and Susan Pryor were in an on-again, off-again relationship when Pryor shot and killed him six years ago.
Lannom's brother and sister said the decision that set Pryor free a mockery of justice.
Susan Pryor was convicted of first-degree manslaughter in 2009, and sentenced to 15 years behind bars for killing Lannom.
Now, four years later, Pryor is once again a free woman.
"I can't even describe to you how that felt, we were again just devastated," brother Kent Lannom said.
In 2011, Pryor's 15-year sentence was thrown out by the Criminal Court of Appeals because of prosecutorial misconduct due to the state's closing statements.
"He says if you believe her story, just walk her, acquit her, send her home," Kent Lannom said.
Pryor's attorney Clark Brewster released this:
"Before this occurred with Tim, [Susan] had always been a exemplary citizen.... I firmly believe the jury would have acquitted her of all charges if it wouldn't have been for the truly outrageous prosecutorial misconduct."
Tim's family said the judicial process has been almost as painful as the news of their brother's death in 2007.
"We're talking about a life here," sister Camille said.
Kent added: "We've lost our loved one, we've been sentenced to life without our brother."
After her conviction was thrown out, Pryor waived her right to a retrial in 2012 and entered a guilty plea for first-degree manslaughter.
She was given a four-year sentence.
That sentence was reduced in the judicial review to three years, five months and seven days probation because Pryor already had served that length of time she was released.
"It's a complete disregard and disrespect for the family and the community," Kent Lannom said.
The Lannom family said it has considered going to the attorney general and also filing a civil suit for a redress of grievances.
Pryor's attorney says she was released the day of the review.
