Tulsa Man Jailed In Overnight Stabbing

A Tulsa man is in jail Thursday accused of an overnight stabbing.

Officers took 38-year-old Gary Dewayne Cummings, Jr. into custody after a short foot chase near 3200 East Latimer. He was booked into Tulsa County jail on complaints of armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Police say they found meth on the ground next to Cummings when they arrested him.

We're told the person he's accused of stabbing will be okay.

Cummings is being held in lieu of $165,500 bond.
