First-Degree Murder Charge Filed in May 25 Tulsa Homicide

A Tulsa man was arrested in connection with a fatal shooting at the River Glen Apartments on May 25 was charged with first-degree murder on Friday.

Andre Thomas, 26, was arrested May 29 by police.

Tulsa Police say Ronald Harris, 23, was found shot to death in a walkway in the common area of the apartment complex in the 1300 block of East 63rd Street.

Thomas was also charged with possession of a firearm after a former conviction of a felony.

He is being held in the Tulsa County jail with no bond. A court appearance is set for July 19.
