Coffeyville Police Arrest Teen In Connection With Burglary

Coffeyville, Kansas Police said an investigation into a burglary and car theft led them to Joseph Gingery, 19, of Coffeyville.

A Coffeyville man was arrested this week following an investigation into the burglary of the Childhood Learning Center on South Walnut on May 31, 2013 and the theft of a car on May 22, 2013.

Coffeyville Police said that investigation led them to Joseph Gingery, 19.

Officers apprehended Gingery after a short foot chase.

Coffeyville Police are asking if anyone purchased a computer or any other items from Gingery in the past couple of weeks to contact police detectives at 620-252-6145 or call the department's crime tip hotline at 620-252-6133.

Gingery is in the Montgomery County jail on complaints of burglary, theft, criminal damage, not having a valid driver's license, possession of a narcotic, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
