A Tulsa jail nurse was arrested Friday, suspected of bringing contraband into the jail. According to the arrest report, she proceeded to admit to much more than that.

The sheriff's office said Elizabeth Guy, 43, was suspected of bringing contraband into the jail. When investigators went to pat her down before interviewing her, Guy said, "you don't have to search me, I will give and tell you everything," the report states.

She reportedly pulled a cell phone out of her bra and told investigators, "I have drugs in my left pocket," before pulling out a baggie with a white crystalline substance, which was later confirmed to be methamphetamine.

The report shows Guy was then interviewed by investigators and admitted to bringing contraband into the jail, in plastic bags wrapped in black duct tape, and delivering it to a certain inmate on seven occasions. According to the report, this included tobacco, marijuana, meth, heroin and rolling papers. She told investigators she personally wrapped and delivered another cell phone, as well, the report shows.

Deputies said Guy also admitted to twice having sex with an inmate in an exam room at the David L. Moss Correctional Facility.

Guy was booked into that jail herself Friday on $102,500 bond. She bonded out and was released the same day.

She was booked on two counts each of conspiracy to commit a felony, second-degree rape, carrying drugs/alcohol into a jail, and one complaint of possession of contraband/cellular phone in jail.
