A Washington County jury has awarded $26 million to a Dewey company that lost an employee in a deadly 2010 explosion.

James Neese was killed and another worker permanently disabled in the blast.

Their employer, C&H Power Line Construction in Dewey, sued Enterprise Products of Oklahoma City, claiming negligence and reckless hiring practices led to the explosion.
