Tulsa Citizen Files Ethics Complaint Against Mayor Dewey Bartlett

Mayor Dewey Bartlett has been slapped with an ethics complaint, accusing him of campaigning with taxpayer dollars.

"If he wants to tout his accomplishments and his leadership style, as well he should, he should do that with his own campaign funds and not our funds," said Tulsa resident Steven Roemerman.

The mayor recently sent a citizen survey to 1,800 Tulsans.

Roemerman says a letter with the City of Tulsa letterhead, attached to the survey, boasts about Bartlett's leadership and accomplishments.

The city is reviewing Roemerman's complaint.
