Yield= 6 Biscuits
1 ½ C All Purpose Flour
Pinch Salt
2 Tbs. Sugar
2 Tbs. Baking Powder
¼ Cup Cold Butter- Cubed into small pieces
1 Cup Milk
Heavy cream and sugar in the raw, as needed
Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add butter and mix until it resembles coarse cornmeal. Add milk and mix just until ingredients come together. Do not over mix; dough should be lumpy, not smooth. Roll out dough on floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into desired shape. Brush tops with heavy cream and sprinkle liberally with sugar. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
