Tulsa Man Jailed, Accused Of Hit And Run In Front Of Police Officer

A Tulsa man is in jail, accused of crashing into a motorcycle and taking off, all in front of a police officer.

A police officer says he saw 32-year-old Tito Aguilar's Blazer hit 62-year-old Steven McBride's motorcycle around 8:40 Tuesday evening, just east of Highway 169 at 11th Street.

McBride is in serious condition in the hospital.

Officers stopped Aguilar nearby and arrested him for hit and run and not having a drivers license or insurance.
