Shoppers will find some extra space to spend their dollars this Mayfest weekend. In addition to the original artworks at Mayfest and Blue Dome festivals, a huge Tulsa warehouse at 408 North Boulder Avenue will be the site of Vintage Market Days.
The open-air shopping event will take place May 17-19 with more than 75 vendors from Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and Missouri. Products include vintage home and industrial decor, gifts, architectural salvage and other items.
The old warehouse location will make Vintage Market Days an experience for shoppers, according to co-owner Amy Scott.
"It has incredible character and charm and really helps to set the tone for what our event is about," she said. "We want our customers to walk away feeling like they were a part of something special.
Hours for Vintage Market Days are from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 17; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 18, and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 19. There's a $5 admission on Saturday and Sunday and $10 to attend Friday's early buying night. The admission fee is good for the whole weekend.
Children under 12 get in free.
