Man Charged With Murder In North Tulsa Stabbing Bound Over For Trial

A man charged with first degree murder in the stabbing death of a Tulsa man earlier this year will go to trial.

Dennis Daney, 56, is accused of stabbing and killing 31-year-old Justin Todd back in January.

Investigators said witnesses saw Daney and Todd together on the porch of a north Tulsa house. They then saw Todd staggering off the porch and collapsing in the front yard.

Daney is being held without bond in the Tulsa County jail. His next court date is set for June 13, 2013.
