Source: Trial Set For Rogers County Boys, 11 and 13, Charged With Sexual Assault

The father of two girls allegedly raped by neighbor boys says the case has been set for trial.

At a Rogers County hearing Tuesday, the father of the 8- and 9-year-old girls said the jury trial is scheduled for October 7, 2013.

The charges for the boys, 11 and 13, include two counts each of first degree rape, two counts each of forcible sodomy and one count each of incest.

Another 13-year-old boy who lives with those two boys was charged with two counts of intimidating a witness.
