Tulsa Police released the name of a homeless man who died when he was run over by a truck at the Borden plant in downtown Tulsa late Wednesday.
Police identified the man as Corey Reynolds, 49, of Tulsa.
Police were called to the plant at the corner of Brady and Cheyenne at about 10:15 p.m. on May 1, 2013.
Tulsa Police say Reynolds was sleeping under a truck when it ran over him. The driver told police he realized he hit something and found the man lying near the loading dock.
Police say it appears to have been an accident.
"Doesn't look like there's any malicious intent, looks like the guy was coming out to move one of the trailers and this individual had fallen asleep underneath one of the trailers," said Tulsa Police Cpl. Dan Miller.
Miller says the driver was pretty shaken up. He was treated at the scene by EMSA and after talking with a police chaplain was released.
Corey Reynolds was arrested by Tulsa Police in July 2012 after a teen reported she had been assaulted near downtown and fought off her attacker by hitting him in the head with a rock.

Reynolds was charged with sexual battery of a minor and public intoxication. Both charges were dismissed in September 2012.
