A new Tulsa Zoo exhibit featuring tigers, elephants, snow leopards and Komodo dragons will be underway early next year, according to the Tulsa Zoo. The Lost Kingdom exhibit will be styled as an exotic relic lost to the wilderness.

Inspired by ancient Asian cultures, the exhibit will highlight thick and lush gardens, and rare animals.

"The Lost Kingdom will be realized through the renovation of existing buildings, repurposing of current structures and the construction of all new facilities," the release states.

PGAV Destinations is designing The Lost Kingdom Exhibit. Some of their clients include Sea World, Bass Pro Shops and the St. Louis Zoo.

In March, the Tulsa Zoo broke ground on the Mark K. Chapman Rhinoceros Exhibit.
