T. Boone Pickens Suing Son Over Allegations Made On Blog

T. Boone Pickens is taking his son to court. According to Forbes magazine, the billionaire oil man has partnered with three of his other children in a lawsuit.

The group accuses Michael Pickens of cyber bullying and libel. The suit stems from Michael's blog, where he wrote about physical and drug abuse in the family.

Boone Pickens says his son is trying to extort $20 million from him.

Michael Pickens stands by his story.

The case goes to trial in September.
