Old KOTV Tower In Downtown Tulsa Comes Down

For decades, it was key to bringing your favorite CBS program like "Everybody Loves Raymond," "CSI," and "Survivor," into your home.

Now, we're dismantling the broadcast tower that had stood behind our old downtown studios since 1984.

It'll be taken apart, piece by piece, and put in storage. It may go up somewhere else in the future.

The signature CBS "Eye" satellite dish on the tower is headed for the Oklahoma Museum of Pop Culture, which is planned for the Brady District.
