The Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office recovered several laptop computers that were taken during a break-in at the Schulter Public Schools earlier this month.
Deputies investigating the theft and made contact with three suspects at an area residence, according to a news release from Sheriff Eddy Rice. They found nine marijuana plants at the same house.
"Without the support of our citizens, the recovered laptops would not have been located," Rice said.
The information on the four laptops still missing have been entered into a national crime database, and investigators expect to find them soon.
Six of 10 stolen laptops were recovered. Anyone with information about the theft of the computers is asked to call the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office at 918-756-4311 and ask to speak to Investigator Toni King.
