Tulsa County Deputies Search For Driver After Routine Stop

Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies stopped a driver near 11th and St. Louis early Friday who jumped out of the car and ran away.

It happened at 3 a.m.

Deputies say it was just a routine traffic stop until the driver got out and ran.

Sheriff's deputies searched the neighborhood using K9 officers and the police helicopter, but didn't find the driver.  

Deputies are now trying to determine if the car the man was driving was stolen.
