Three Teens Charged In Killing Of Papa John's Truck Driver

Three 17-year-olds were charged with felony murder and attempted robbery Monday.

Prosecutors say Jermaine Savory, Frankie Jackson and Damian Anderson tried to rob Robert Horton and ended up killing him, while Horton was delivering supplies at a midtown Papa John's on the morning of March 23.

Officers arrested the teenagers two days later.

Police reports show both Savory and Anderson accused each other of having the gun.
