The first phase of improvements at the Tulsa County Courthouse were completed this week.
The north entrance of the building opened to the public Thursday.
The renovations include improved entrances for people with disabilities, a new information and security desk, more space for security equipment and additional meeting and conference rooms.
The project was paid for by the "4-to-Fix the county" tax extension voters approved back in 2005.
