I'll keep the discussion brief this morning.
After a brief return to winter this past weekend, we're moving into more of a spring like pattern by the end of the week with south winds and highs in the 60s. Cold air will stick around today and tonight with highs only in the upper 30s and lower 40s. Clear sky for most of the night should give way to partly conditions across part of NE OK this morning for a few hours. Another weak upper level wave will drop down across SE Kansas and NE OK this afternoon bringing mostly cloudy condition. This weak upper level system may spread a few snow flurries across far Northeastern OK later tonight, but this will not be a big issue.
Regarding the weekend snow. Snowfall reports from early Sunday morning included a few 2 to 3 inch reports across extreme northern OK and southeastern Kansas, including the Bartlesville area. The roadways were not impacted for the most part, and the high sun angle prevalent in March did a big job of melting most of the snowfall by late yesterday afternoon.
North winds will remain brisk today with cool air moving across the state, but southerly winds will return Wednesday along with increasing low level moisture and warmer air.
The medium range models indicate an unsettled pattern for the end of the week into next weekend. A weak northwest flow aloft pattern will develop by the end of the week. A shower can't be ruled out Wednesday or Thursday, but the higher chances for thunderstorms will hold off until Friday through the weekend. The exact outcome is unclear at this point, but a round or two of thunderstorms will be possible this weekend, including Easter Sunday. A few strong to near severe storms may also be possible.
The normal high in Tulsa is 65 and the normal average low is 43 for today.
The high yesterday was 41 recorded at 4:32pm.
The daily record high is 88 from 1910 and the low is 18 from 19555.
