Congressman Reschedules Town Hall Meetings Canceled By Weather

Two town hall meetings canceled by Congressman Markwayne Mullin in early February because of a winter storm have been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 26, 2013.

The rescheduled meetings will be in Okfuskee and Okmulgee counties.

Okfuskee County

3:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Okfuskee County History Center

407 West Broadway in Okemah

Okmulgee County

5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Okmulgee Community Center

7th and Kern in Okmulgee

“I am glad to have these town hall meetings back on the calendar and look forward to the opportunity to visit with people in these two counties about the issues important to them,” Markwayne Mullin said.

In December, Mullin held what he called a "listening tour" with stops in every county in the 2nd District.
