Tulsa Police are asking for help in locating this week's Most Wanted suspect, Marco J. Briggs. Briggs is wanted on a Federal felony warrant of possession of a firearm after a felony conviction.
According to court records, Briggs was found with a Rossi revolver in July of 2012. The State of Oklahoma, represented by Doug Drummond, dismissed the charges because the case is being prosecuted on a federal level.
Briggs is also wanted on 11 misdemeanor warrants, according to the Tulsa Police Department.
Briggs, 27, has a history of imprisonment beginning in 2005 when he was convicted of larceny and drug possession. Shortly after his release from prison, he was convicted of drug possession, possession of a stolen vehicle and another weapons charge.
Marco Briggs is described as a black male who is 5'07" and 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
