A truck wreck caused a traffic problem on Highway 169 in Tulsa Thursday, March 7, 2013.

The Tulsa Fire Department says the truck was heading northbound on Highway 169 when the driver took the exit to 46th Street North. The truck rolled over onto its side, spilling its load of sand into the grass next to the pavement.

The driver got his foot tangled in the truck's clutch pedal and it took firefighters about 20 minutes to free him. Firefighters say he wasn't hurt.

Firefighters say the exit will be shut down for a couple hours while they clean up what they can. It's not clear if they'll try to remove the sand or just leave it.
