Electric service has been restored to hundreds of customers who lost power as a powerful winter storm moved across northeastern Oklahoma Monday night into Tuesday.
Public Service Company of Oklahoma's web site showed all of its customers had their power restored in four northeast Oklahoma counties by noon Tuesday. Early Tuesday, PSO showed just over 1,700 customers in the dark as the storm moved across the region.
Rural electric cooperative Verdigris Valley had also restored power to about 100 customers in Nowata, Osage and Washington counties who had been without service from the storm.
