The winter storm that prompted blizzard warnings from the National Weather Service dropped some snow across northeastern Oklahoma.
The heaviest snowfall was north of Tulsa in Craig, Nowata, Osage and Washington counties. There are reports of one to three inches of snow across the region. Nowata reports three inches of snow and Pawnee reports one inch of snow.

A number of schools have closed in counties north of the Tulsa area.
Farther north and west, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation says all highways in the northwestern Oklahoma counties of Beaver, Harper, Ellis and Woodward are closed until further notice because of heavy snow or snow drifts.
Matt Lehenbauer of the Woodward County Emergency Management office said one person died Monday when heavy snow brought down part of a roof at a Woodward home.
