Tulsa Police Arrest Man Charged With Leaving Scene Of November Crash

Tulsa Police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a car crash in November 2012 in which a 5-year-old child was ejected from an SUV and critically hurt.

Police say Andrew Penny, also known as Andrew Galloway, 37, ran a stop sign and crashed at East 14th Street and South 131st East Avenue. They say he then ran away.

Penny is charged with two counts of leaving the scene of an injury accident.

He was arrested Wednesday. He has a court appearance set for February 26th.
