A Tulsa sexual assault and beating victim left a mark on the man who attacked her, according to Tulsa police. Richard Dale Thompson, 51, is in Tulsa County Jail Sunday on a $130,000 bond following his arrest for rape and assault.
Police say they responded to a 911 call in the 3800 block of East 28th Street late Saturday night. They found a 44-year-old woman who said Thompson raped and beat her.
Thompson demanded she have sex with him, the victim said. When she refused, he became violent and threw her to the floor, the report states.
Thompson allegedly punched the woman repeatedly and choked her during the sexual assault. At one point in the attack, police say the victim bit Thompson to try to make him stop.
"The victim had injuries to her throat area that were consistent with getting strangled," the arresting officer said in his report. "She also had a black eye, swelling to the top of her head, a bruised face and a busted lip."
The suspect had bite marks to his genitals consistent with the woman's statement, the officer said.
Thompson was booked late Saturday night on complaints of rape by force or fear, forcible sodomy, domestic assault and battery by strangulation and domestic assault and battery.
