Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Cleveland man was killed when his car crossed the center line and hit another vehicle head on Friday night.

Cleveland Man Killed In Head-On Collision With Pickup

A head-on collision killed a Cleveland man Friday night in Osage County. Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say Darrell McEntire, 52, died of internal and head injuries.

McEntire was driving a 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue westbound on County Road 1200 just east of County Road 1803. At about 8 p.m., McEntire's car crossed left of center and struck a pickup truck head on.

The driver of the pickup, 32-year-old Clinton Powell of Prue, was not injured.

McEntire's condition at the time of the wreck is listed as "unknown," according to the OHP collision report.
