A Bixby woman allegedly connected to an Amber Alert on Monday is in the Tulsa County jail, booked on complaints of kidnapping and larceny.

Bixby Police say Natasha Hoch, 31, was arrested Monday night after allegedly taking 4-year- old Justice Poindexter from his home.

She was booked into Tulsa County jail Wednesday.

According to the arrest report, Justice Poindexter's father, Justin Andre, came home to find his place ransacked and his 4-year-old son and his car missing.

Also missing from the home was his roommate, Hoch. Andre reportedly told police he was letting Hoch stay with him, in exchange for her babysitting Justice. He told police they slept in separate bedrooms and were not dating. The report states Andre had been trying to call Hoch, but she wasn't answering.

Police said Andre showed them video from his home security cameras of Hoch breaking into his bedroom, which he had locked before he went to work.

According to the report, police spoke to a neighbor who told them she saw a U-Haul and a small light colored car outside of the residence. She told them she heard a woman yelling and saw a man in his 20s or 30s outside, along with small children, one with blonde hair and one with dark hair. Andre told police that Hoch has a son with dark hair, the report states.

After police confirmed that Hoch had rented a U-Haul truck that afternoon, the Amber Alert was requested.

When it was issued Monday night, police said Hoch may have been with a man named Primo Torres Bustos and they broadcast the description of Andre's missing Honda Civic.

A short while later, a woman called Bixby police and said she had seen Hoch, who she had met through an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, and a little blonde-haired boy in her apartment complex, prior to hearing about the Amber Alert.  The woman said Hoch told her the car was probably stolen and the kid was probably kidnapped, the report states.

According to the report, around 9 p.m., 52-year-old Sharon Eubank called police, saying she was with Hoch and the boy. She told police they were returning Justice and the car, when she heard the Amber Alert and pulled into the Kum & Go at 101st and Riverside to call 911.

Police said Justice was found there, unharmed, and was released to his father.

Bond for Hoch is $32,500. She is due to appear in court on February 20.
