Bixby Man Arrested In Connection To House Fire, Alleged Meth Lab

One of three people sought in connection with allegedly setting a Bixby home on fire while manufacturing methamphetamine is in custody.

One of three people sought in connection with allegedly setting a Bixby home on fire while manufacturing methamphetamine is in custody.

Paul Kappel, 27, of Bixby is charged with first degree arson and manufacture of a controlled substance stemming from a December 5, 2012, house fire in the 17000 block of South 89th East Avenue.

Two other individuals, Joshua Kappel, 38, and Melinda Broyles, 28, also of Bixby are still being sought.

All three were featured on Tulsa Police Department's Most Wanted on February 4th.

Broyles is described as a white female, 5'4" tall and 110 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair.
