A fire broke out at a Tulsa nursing home, forcing the facility to evacuate about 90 residents Wednesday evening.

Firefighters set up an area outside of Tulsa Nursing Center, at 10900 East 14th Street, to care for those folks.

"The main concern with evacuating the occupants was just keeping them warm and getting them back inside the structure as soon as possible," said Captain Ricky Powell.

EMSA transported two people to a Tulsa hospital for injuries that were not caused by the fire.

Crews contained the fire to a small area, located where residents get bathed.

Investigators say it was caused by an electrical problem with an exhaust fan.
