13-Year-Old Rogers County Boy Arrested For Sexually Abusing 8-Year-Old Girl

Rogers County deputies arrested a 13-year-old boy for sexually abusing an 8-year-old neighbor Monday.

Deputies say the girl and her sister were playing in the yard when their mom looked out the window to check on them and saw the abuse happening.

They say an exam showed the abuse has happened before.

The boy is in a juvenile facility until his first court hearing, which will be by the end of the week.
