Another week of Chili Bowl action wrapped up at Expo Square on Saturday night.
For a record fourth straight year, Kevin Swindell won the Golden Driller trophy at the Chili Bowl Nationals. His father, Sammy Swindell, finished second, while Brad Sweet took third place in a starting field of more than 250 drivers.
Two Oklahomans - both from Broken Arrow - made the final A main race. Jonathan Beason ended up 15th, and Brady Bacon did not finish. Bacon spun out on the first lap and then flipped a few laps later.
NASCAR superstar Tony Stewart finished 13th. The Chili Bowl returns to Tulsa January 14-18, 2014.
