Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 17-year-old accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman last month.
Tulsa Police are not releasing the name of the suspect, but say he was identified by someone who thought he resembled a composite sketch police developed. The person also told police he was known to frequent the area where the assault happened, and police settled on the 17-year-old as the suspect after further investigation.
It happened on December 21, 2012, in the 6100 block of East Pine Street.

A 20-year-old woman said she was walking down the sidewalk when a black man and a white man began harassing her verbally. She said she ignored them and even changed directions, but they caught up to her.
The woman said the black male grabbed her and threw her into a ditch and began strangling her with her necklace until she passed out. When she came to, she said the black man was sexually assaulting her and the white man, standing nearby, said he was going to be next.
A Good Samaritan driving by stopped and shouted for them to stop, and the suspects took off running.
