From The KOTV Vault: Tulsans Celebrate New Years Gone By

As we approach 2013, we couldn't pass up the opportunity to dig up some video of New Years gone by.

In the video vault, Rick Wells found some burning of the greens, plenty of black-eyed peas, and resolutions of the ‘80s.
