A former Tulsa city councilor pleaded no contest to two misdemeanors Tuesday.
Eric Gomez pleaded no contest to resisting an officer and interfering with a 911 call, in connection with a fight with his wife back in February.
A charge of assault and battery in the presence of children was dismissed.
