A woman accused of causing a wreck that killed one woman and injured her younger sister was in court for a preliminary hearing Monday.

The judge ruled that there is enough evidence to try Donna Louise Murphy, 45, on charges of DUI and first degree manslaughter.

Murphy is accused of driving while intoxicated and causing a crash that killed 27-year-old Janie Hansen. Hansen's 17-year-old sister, Anna, was also seriously injured in the crash.

It occurred on June 26, 2012, near East 21st Street and Lynn Lane in Broken Arrow.

Murphy was arrested in September and she remains in the Tulsa County jail, where she is being held without bond.

Her next court appearance is scheduled for December 10.
