Garth Brooks is planning a world concert tour for the fall of 2014 according to an interview with the head of Wynn Resorts, Steve Wynn.
According to a column by Norm Clarke in the Las Vegas Review-Journal over the weekend, Wynn calls Brooks a ‘gifted son of a gun,' and says Brooks wants to come out of retirement.
Clarke says Brooks just finished a three-year stint at Wynn Las Vegas. The last show was Saturday.

"He's itching to get started on the world tour," said Steve Wynn. Brooks retired from touring in 2000.
Clarke says Brooks, who lives in Owasso, promised he wouldn't return to touring until the youngest of his three daughters was out of high school. She is scheduled to graduate in 2014.
