Arrest Made In Theft Of Cattle Panels In Muskogee, Wagoner Counties

The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office says an Okay man has confessed to stealing a number of cattle panels.

The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office says an Okay man has confessed to stealing a number of cattle panels.

Investigators interviewed Michael Warren, 39, on Tuesday in reference to the theft of cattle panels in Porter and Okay area. During that interview, Warren told deputies they could find the panels on rural property in Muskogee County.

When deputies from Wagoner and Muskogee counties searched the property, they recovered 27 cattle panels belonging to Red Fork Investments.

In a news release, the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office said deputies also found a stolen utility trailer on the property.

Warren was arrested on an outstanding warrant for grand larceny and booked into the Wagoner County jail.
