A Tulsa man police say set his sister's car - and a nearby apartment - on fire is in the Tulsa County Jail. Tulsa firefighters took Michael Labrier into custody Tuesday, according to Public Information Officer Stan May.
Labrier, 30, was booked on complaints of endangering human life during arson, first degree arson and manufacturing a controlled drug.
Firefighters were called to an apartment complex at 4:30 a.m. October 16 after Labrier apparently got angry with his sister and took it out on her car. He broke out the vehicle's windows then set it on fire and ran away, according to Sergeant Darren Bristow with the Tulsa Police Department.
