A Green Country family is mourning the loss of their daughter. Claudene Christian's body was recovered Monday night.
She was on board the "HMS Bounty" when Hurricane Sandy sunk the famous sailing ship Sunday off the coast of North Carolina.
Christian's parents and aunt live in Vian.
"They just had the Bounty in drydock and I didn't know it was back out to sea, especially with this weather coming in," said Patricia Saulsberry, the victim's aunt.
The captain of the Bounty is still missing.
