Crushed San Marzano tomatoes (about 1 cup)
Olive oil (about 2 tbps)
Portabello mushrooms (to taste)
Roasted red peppers (to taste)
Artichoke hearts - quartered (to taste)
Salt - to taste
Bring olive oil to simmer in pan
Add crushed tomatoes, stir for a minute or two
Add garlic along with cooked pasta, stir to combine
Add rest of ingredients and salt to taste.
Bring all to a simmer to heat through, stirring here and there, and then serve immediately. Makes two servings of cooked spaghetti.
