Tulsa Police: Shooting Victim Not Helping With Investigation

A 17-year-old Tulsa teenager is taken to a hospital by EMSA after being shot while walking down the street Monday evening.

Tulsa Police say it happened at 6:15 p.m. in the 5900 block of North Frankfort.

Officers say someone shot the teen in the arm.

They say the victim is not cooperating with detectives and Tulsa Police aren't sure who to look for.

The teenager is expected to be okay.
