3 avocados
1/8 cup of diced onions
1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
2 TBSP chopped cilantro
Juice from 1 lemon
1 TBSP salad oil
2 TBSP sour cream
1 TBSP diced pickled jalapeno's
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Halve avocados and remove the pits. Scoop the avocados out of the flesh and place in a bowl. Gently mash the avocados and then stir in the rest of the ingredients. Adjust seasonings to taste. When storing, sprinkle the guacamole with lemon juice and wrap tightly in plastic.
