High School football is in full swing, and so is Six in the Morning's Spirit Stick campaign.

Kiefer High School Trojans will meet Depew Wildcats on the field Friday night. The Trojans are 4-0 in their first year of 11-man, Class A football.

Not only are they undefeated, they haven't been scored on so far this year.

Kids from all grades turned out to receive the Spirit Stick in an all-schools assembly Friday morning.

Evan Webster, a 7th grader at Kiefer Junior High, showed his school spirit in a one-of-a-kind letterman's jacket. Evan's mom spent 16 hours creating the red and white jacket out of duct tape and trash bags.

A football trainer passed away in the weight room last summer, so it's been an emotional year for the Trojans. Cheerleaders say the community is always involved in what the students do, so it's easy for them to get the crowd behind the Kiefer Trojans.
