Conference USA announced the selection of five University of Tulsa basketball games for television for the 2012-13 season. The Golden Hurricane will play four games on Fox Sports Network and one game on the CBS Sports Network.
"I'm happy that five of our games this season will be televised," Tulsa Head Coach Danny Manning said. "We look forward to playing against quality opponents and giving our program an opportunity to receive national exposure. I look forward to many more games in the future being on television, regionally and nationally."
Tulsa's home game against TCU has been moved from Dec. 9 to Dec. 8 to accommodate television. The contest will be played at noon on Saturday, Dec. 8 on FSN.
In addition, the Golden Hurricane matchup against Florida State in the MetroPCS Orange Bowl Classic at 1 p.m. on Dec. 29 will be televised by Florida SunSports and Fox Sports Network on a regional basis.
