Man Arrested For Raping Girlfriend's 13-Year-Old Daughter

Tulsa Police arrested a man Wednesday after a 13-year-old girl reported to her mother that he raped her.

Police said Jamal Thomas, 33, was the boyfriend of the girl's mother, and that he lived across the street.

The arrest report states that the girl called her mother and told her that Thomas had raped her in her home at about 1:30 Wednesday morning.

Thomas told police he had a key to the victim's house and admitted that he had gone there Wednesday, but he denied the sexual assault.

He was booked on one complaint of rape. The bond was set at $50,000.
