Tulsa businessman David Chernicky has resigned from the Grand River Dam Authority's Board of Directors.

At a board meeting Wednesday in Vinita, Chernicky said he was resigning due to other business commitments.

Chernicky was part of an investigation by our Oklahoma Impact Team last year and has since hired GRDA's former CEO, Kevin Easley, to work as an executive at one of his companies.
