Former Checotah Teacher Sentenced To 15 Years For Rape, Sodomy

A judge, Wednesday, sentenced a former Checotah teacher who pleaded guilty to having sex with students.

Michelle McCutchan, 40, was sentenced to 15 years in prison with five years suspended.

In August, McCutchan entered a blind plea to nine out of 29 counts filed against her. She admitted to one count of rape, three counts of sodomy, one count of child neglect, and four counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
